Our focus is Minnesota. We know the markets, the contractors, the seasonal rhythms, and the guest expectations. That local knowledge is what lets us run properties that consistently perform and earn great reviews.
We're not a fund and we're not selling courses. We're a small, hands-on operation that's always open to the right partnership when it makes sense for both sides.
